Arike Ogunbowale, aka Arike American professional basketball athlete with the Dallas Wings of the Women's National Basketball Association. The team was selected with the 5th pick during the 2019 WNBA Draft by the Dallas Wings. Arike Ogunbowale was a Milwaukee Wisconsin native born to Yolanda Ogunbowale. Ogunbowale won gold medals in the 2013 U16 FIBA Americas championships in 2014, the FIBA U17 World Championships as well as the 2013 3x3 Championships of FIBA. In July 2014 Ogunbowale was chosen to join the USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team. Ogunbowale was also included on the ACC All-Freshman Team following her first year of collegiate basketball. Ogunbowale, even though she is relatively new to the basketball game, has already established herself as the best player. She will surely continue her career.
